How to use Five-fingered stalk

* Internally - 2 tbsp. stalk boil for 20 minutes in 500 ml of water, strain and take 6 - 8 tablespoons daily.

* Externally - 30 g of herb is boiled for 10 minutes with 500 ml of water. It is filtered and used for paws, baths, etc.
